MY NAME IS NIYI BORIRE

Thanks for making it this far on my website. Meet with Niyi Borire in the various dimensions:

NIYI BORIRE - THE PERSON

I was born in Lagos Nigeria, the most populous country in Africa. I grew up in a family of seven, with 5 wonderful siblings. Growing up was quite challenging due to the economic situation at the time which caused a strain on my parents’ relationship. It was also full of many wonderful memories. I had to endure a lot of challenges in the early stages of my life, but they kept me grounded.

I have had the honour of being mentored by various special people over the years, some of whom have made tremendous contributions to my life. One such person is Ayodele Awe. Mr Awe was mostly responsible for my education. He was my Sunday school teacher who picked up the tab for my medical education when things were dire. He taught me about sacrifice, selflessness, believing, and investing in the dreams of others. He believed in me and he backed it up not just with his words, but also with his actions. My career today is as a result of his impact in my life, and I am determined to pay this forward by replicating what he did for me in the life of others.

After completing my medical education, I migrated to Australia in 2009 to pursue my dreams of becoming a specialist physician. I married the love of my life, Yemi, that same year and it has been the most important decision of my life. Yemi does not only keep me grounded with her unwavering support in me and my dreams, but her selfless heart and compassion for people also inspires me. She is grace and kindness personified. We are blessed with two wonderful boys, Daniel, and Ethan – they are my primary assignment. I am honoured to be their father

NIYI BORIRE - THE PREACHER

In 2018, Yemi (My wife) and I embarked on a completely different journey. I never thought I was called out to be a Pastor because I thought I was too radical with an evangelical streak. However, we had a strong leading to pioneer a new work in Sydney, so we collaborated with a few of our ministry companions to start Beautiful Gate Sydney, a campus of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Australia. We started the church with about seven individuals, and we have been growing in leaps and bounds.

We are a dynamic, multi-cultural assembly that believes in Jesus, loves God, and loves all people. Our message is simple, yet powerful - a message of hope, that Christ gave His life to redeem all men and restore them to their rightful place. In light of this, we preach, teach and train people to live up to their full potential and transform their world.

Overwhelmed by the gift of salvation through Jesus, we have a heart for authentic worship. We are passionate about impacting our local community and are on a mission to see God's Kingdom established across the earth.

NIYI BORIRE - PEOPLE BUILDER

My Essence is Change. My assignment is to build leaders with the capacity to navigate change, whether slow and progressive or sudden and unexpected. I also have the mandate to inspire “pioneers of change”, men and women who will create their desired change despite the prevailing circumstances. They will not just be reactionary but active change agents.

John Maxwell said, “Change is inevitable, but growth is optional.”

Understanding the inevitability and unavoidability of change is important, but our response to change is much more important. Our response to our changing world will go a long way in determining what we get out of life. So many people struggle to make the necessary adjustments when they are faced with change.

My mission as a “people builder” is to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and strategies required to successfully transition through change regardless of its tempo. By connecting with me, you will know yourself better, learn the keys to adaptability and learn some of the timeless secrets that can guarantee growth in this ever-changing world.
